I washed the pad once, and it wasnt dirty per say - I just wanted to refresh the pad and get rid of skin oils etc. Thats just me, and it could be (and probably is) my sens or my lack of micro-control. If i am a hairline off a headshot or in kovaaks, i tend to overshoot. My only caveat for the mousepad is that because of the massive amount of control, I find micro adjustments are a little difficult for me. I feel confident in stopping where I want to stop, with consistent x and y axis friction.
